Our staff is used to work in dynamic settings and will quickly elaborate your requests, and offer the best logistics solution to satisfy the client’s needs.
Our staff is at your disposal 364 days a year to offer:
- Custom services Every client is assigned to a specific Ged Transport contact, who will evaluate all their requests and find the best solution to their needs.
- Consolidation services Our personnel will elaborate, and if possible, suggest the consolidation of orders placed in different hubs and destined to the same location, to reduce the transport costs without jeopardising the delivery terms.
- Technological support All shipments are constantly monitored through our tracking system, and the deliveries are hastily notified to the client. Any forced variation to the shipment will be immediately communicated to the client and addressee to allow for a reorganization of the job.
- Purchase order management Our personnel will contact all suppliers to retrieve the relevant purchase order information to ensure all is available to Ged Transport for the subsequent shipment.
- Stock management Our personnel is at your disposal to help retrieve and consult all reports relative to the stock order for each ship.
